The Miramar Restaurant
The hotel’s main restaurant is located in the main building, overlooking breathtaking view of beautiful beaches at the Red Sea and a spectacular round designed buffet with show cooking stations and special theme events from a wide selection of international cuisine.

The Waves – Pool Restaurant
The hotel’s casual restaurant overlooking the pool in leisure atmosphare.

Rooms: Ancient building techniques allows endlessly varied aesthetic represented in all guestrooms are arranged in one-, two- and three-story clusters along curvilinear, fingerlike wings that follow the contours of canals and lagoons. Others are positioned to form a circle around a lagoon with fountain, project from an oval plaza or surround the 3 hotel’s pools. All single-story and top-floor guest rooms and porches are roofed by domes, barrel vaults or truncated cones or pyramids, all  terraces with an unimpeded view
Oriental 1001  - Arabian fine dining
Located on a separate island, this traditional Lebanese restaurant offers Arabian fine dining authentic mezzah, charcoal grill specialities, traditional local fish dishes, oriental desserts, bread baking oven and entertainment. Enjoy country typical coffee, tea and water pipe in romantic surrounding.

The Palace, 
constructed for special VIP guests, opens onto a private pool deck and the Red Sea. A private tower lounge designed for 26 sea-view rooms and presidental suite with own pool for 40 vip guests offers small Mediterranean buffets and grills for special occasions.

Conference banquet room & terrace
The Ballroom can be devided into three sections, enabling guests to overlooking the Red Sea, designed and equipped to accommodate functions up to 200 persons with the support of the latest audio & visual equipment. 
The three pools offers buffets up to 2000 covers and plate service up to 500 pax for special events.

Characteristic for the Miramar Main bar is a scaled up version of those backlit niches found in traditional Islamic houses which holds bottles & glasses. Seating capacity for 60 people with Afternoon tea and late night live entertainment.
Guests may stroll at moonlight to enjoy cocktails on romantic Samir2 Boat-bar, which docked on a lagoon.
